Injustice 2: DC’s Black Lightning takes a backseat to Mortal Kombat’s Raiden

Upcoming Injustice 2 fighter Raiden (Mortal Kombat) will offer up DC’s own Black Lightning as a Premium Skin, developer NetherRealm recently confirmed.

This means that Raiden will have multiple armor sets and looks available upon his release, while Black Lightning will be a one-look character, available for purchase using in-game currency.

You can take a look at both characters in the video below:

Who would you rather have as a proper character — DC’s Black Lightning or Mortal Kombat‘s Raiden? He’s part of “Fighter Pack 2”, of which Black Manta is the only proper DC character.

“Fighter Pack 1” and its combatants — Red Hood, Sub Zero and Starfire — are now available in-game.

Injustice 2 is available on Xbox One and PS4. We reviewed it here.
