GTA V patched to fix issues on current gen systems

While not on the scale of some of the other launch disasters of the last month (Driveclub, Halo: The Master Chief Collection and Assassin’s Creed: Unity), Grand Theft Auto V has been patched over the weekend to fix a variety of issues with online and offline play, some of which were caused by their own updates. The Rockstar support website has all the details on what has been fixed, and claims at this time there should be no more connectivity issues. Character migration should also be fully functional.

It is one of the unfortunate realities of this generation of consoles, but that doesn’t mean we should be happy about it. Too often the fix for these issues is reinstall your game or delete you save file, in this case Sony also suggest reinitialising your system or replacing your external HDD. If you are still having problems in Grand Theft Auto V, Rockstars suggests you check this site.
