Fortune 100’s list of best companies to work for in 2015 has been released and publisher Activision Blizzard has been included for the first time.
“We have always considered Activision Blizzard to be one of the greatest places to work,” CEO Bobby Kotick said of the inclusion. “To be recognized for it by others is gratifying and rewarding but being acknowledged as a great place to work by our own people means more to me than just about anything.”
“At Activision Blizzard, 85 percent of employees say they often or almost always enjoy spending time with their colleagues and find their workplace to be fun and cooperative,” the Fortune 100 report on Activision Blizzard reads. “Another 10 percent sometimes benefit from these qualities, for a combined positive rating of 95 percent of employees in the Great Atmosphere category.”
Fortune and Great Place to Work team up each year to conduct anonymous surveys on employees across a range of companies.
Activision Blizzard is best known for Call of Duty, Skylanders, Guitar Hero and Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater.
