Following yesterdays’s reveal of the Dark Souls II announcement trailer we are pleased to bring you the first details of the game, direct from Namco Bandai.
Coming from creator of the Souls series – Demon Souls and Dark Souls – Hidetaka Miyazaki and FromSoftware Director Tomohiro Shibuya, Dark Souls II will pit a brand new hero against the most dangerous and blood-thirsty enemies yet. Set in an unfamiliar world and featuring a new story the deadliest of bosses await as players guide their hero through and conquer a land filled with death and despair.
In addition players can expect a revamped server based multiplayer which will reward those with the skills and bravery to attempt it.

We have taken these necessary steps with Dark Souls II in order to evolve the overall experience,” says Shibuya. “The entire development team is striving to make Dark Souls II fresh while not forsaking its roots. Dark Souls II will be available for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.
