Final Fantasy XV demo going for more than half the price of the game it comes with

Polygon is reporting that the secondary market for Episode Duscae codes is thriving. The Final Fantasy XV demo that comes exclusively with Final Fantasy Type-0 HD is going for about $40-50 AUD on eBay, or about $15-30 less than what you can get Type-0 for at retail.

Final Fantasy is well known to draw this kind of irrational behaviour out of gamers, but considering the slipping Australian dollar you may as well fork out that little extra and buy the game, especially if you like the series enough to pay $50 AUD for a demo. It’s not like we are buying Zone of the Enders to play Metal Gear Solid 2 here, these are both Final Fantasy games. Even if you already played Type-0 the HD remake is probably worth $15.
