As publishers gradually start to move away from this awful cross-gen quagmire we find ourselves in, titles are beginning to see features omitted from the last-gen version.
FIFA 16 is one such title with EA announcing a range of gameplay features that will be absent if you’re playing on PS3 or Xbox 360. So if you choose the last-gen version you’ll miss out on;
- Creation Center
- Custom Music and Chants
- The FIFA Interactive World Cup
- GameFace
- In-game presentation with Jeff Stelling
- Match Lobbies
- Secondary English commentary with Clyde Tyldesley and Andy Townsend
The The FIFA Interactive World Cup is available for PS4 and Xbox One and the in-game presentation with Jeff Stelling has also been removed from current-gen consoles.
FIFA 16 will be available for PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox One and Xbox 360 on 25 September.
