Divinity: Original Sin – Enhanced Edition coming to current-gen and bringing couch co-op

Focus Home Interactive and Larian Studios announced today that Divinity: Original Sin – Enhanced Edition is coming to PS4 and Xbox One and bringing with it couch co-op.

Originally released for PC in 2014 following a successful Kickstarter campaign, it serves as a prequel to Divine Divinity. A single or multiplayer RPG, Enhanced Edition will allow two players to explore the world Rivellon together on the one screen.

Whilst playing in the same area players will share the same screen space, if you choose to venture separately though the screen will dynamically shift and go into split screen mode; think recent LEGO games.

Divinity: Original Sin – Enhanced Edition will be available for PS4 and Xbox One. A release date has not yet been announced.
