DONTNOD has finally revealed some new details regarding their horror RPG Vampyr, via the PlayStation Blog.
Announced in February, prior to the release of Life is Strange: Episode 1, Vampyr is now revealed to be an action-RPG starring physician Jonathan Reid and is set in 1918 during the Spanish Flu epidemic.
Game Director Philippe Moreau revealed that Reid will have to fight human and supernatural enemies alike and will use his vampiric powers in addition to surgical tools and other gruesome equipment.
Throughout Vampyr, the choices that players make will have far reaching consequences according to Moreau, who reveals that “The information you gather, the things that you see, and the relationships your nurture will all define your decisions.”
Moreau promises that more information will be revealed in the near future.
