Destiny: The Collection bundles everything in September

Bungie and Activision have announced Destiny: The Collection will be released worldwide on September 20 for $89.95.

The bundle includes the main game, as well as all previously released DLC, and the upcoming “Rise of Iron” expansion, which will be released on the same day. By pre-ordering Destiny: The Collection digitally, you’ll have immediate access to the already available “The Dark Below”, “House of Wolves” and “The Taken King” content, whilst awaiting the launch of “Rise of Iron” (it’ll unlock on September 20).

As Bungie is no longer supporting the PS3 and Xbox 360, Destiny: The Collection is promoted as an opportunity for last-gen players to upgrade to PS4 or Xbox One. The upgrade program begins today and runs through January 31, 2017. Full details can be found on the official website.

Destiny: The Collection is the perfect starting point for gamers who have yet to experience Destiny,” said Activision Senior VP Byron Beede. “Destiny: The Collection contains some of the most engaging content Bungie has ever created and the soon-to-be released ‘Rise of Iron’. It also includes a character boost that will allow new players to instantly join in with friends who are already enjoying Destiny.”
