Agents of Mayhem investigates its own sextape scandal ahead of release

Developer Volition is using a “leaked” sextape on YouPorn to promote the upcoming Agents of Mayhem.

You’ve read that right.

First uncovered by Hardcore Gamer — fitting, eh? — the sextape is called “Deep Under the Covers” and features Gregory Princkington, Ivana Bangya, and Marcus Thunderpump — all names perfect for a porno.

You can watch the sextape below, via YouTube, but we suggest you still do so under an NSFW warning:

Want to watch it on YouPorn itself? You’re welcome to find it yourself — this is being written in an airport terminal, so we’re not game to check for links.

Volition released a fictional statement from the Agents of Mayhem themselves, responding to the incident.

“It has come to our attention that Hollywood, aka Rod Stone, is rumoured to be connected to a provocative film of questionable taste, and on a completely unrelated topic, probably has no chance of winning a coveted AVN Award. We are taking this time to address the known specifics at this time, namely, that the aforementioned clip was recently uploaded onto YouPorn, the leading online platform championing adult social networking, carpal tunnel research, and Esports,” the statement begins.

“Until we reach clarity, MAYHEM will continue deploying agents to save you from mad men wielding literal space lasers while you remain fixated on tabloid-tier gossip. We take comfort in knowing our fight to curb total global devastation has not driven you into panic. We have no further comment on this manner in particular…”

Okie-dokie.

Agents of Mayhem brings its unique sense of humour to Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4 on 18 August.
