AFL Evolution heads to Xbox One, PS4, PC in the mid-season

AFL Evolution heads to Xbox One and PS4 at the start of May, weeks shy of the middle of the 2017 season.

Tru Blue Entertainment today confirmed the game’s 5 May release date on consoles with the support of the AFL and AFL Players’ Association.

The latest AFL title from Wicked Witch will feature over 80 teams from the AFL, VFL, TAC Cup, NAB Under-18s Championships and International Cup, as well as multiple bonus teams such as the Indigenous All Stars.

“Online gameplay enables fans to feel the adrenaline as they go head-to-head in competitive and co-operative online multiplayer,” Tru Blue added in a press release sent to Stevivor this afternoon.

A FanHub player creator was recently launched on Steam to give players a taste of the game itself.

AFL Evolution heads to Xbox One and PS4 from 5 May. A release on Windows PC via Steam is set to follow at an undisclosed date.
