The Legend of Zelda is said to run in 720p on the Nintendo Switch tablet and 900p when docked, if two separate reports from hands-on events over the weekend are to be believed.
An attendee in Japan and one in London both cited the same resolutions.
Nintendo rep told me Zelda runs at 900p while in dock mode, and 720p while in portable mode, looks gorgeous on potable mode.

In London-based Arekkz’s video, above, you can also compare the Wii U version of Breath of the Wild to its Switch counterpart. The Switch version of the game is said to look crisper and benefits from increased load times due to the cartridge-based nature of the console.
Moreover, it’s been confirmed by IGN that Breath of the Wild is a 13.4GB download, essentially taking half of the unit’s 32GB storage (remembering that some of that is reserved for the Switch OS). Nintendo has also recently confirmed that the console will support microSD cards up to 2TB in size.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild heads to Nintendo Switch on 3 March. It’s also in development for the Wii U.
