Scalebound: Platinum Games’ Kamiya apologies to eager fans

Promises to never let fans down again.

Platnium Games’ Hideki Kamiya has taken to Twitter in the wake of Scalebound’s cancellation, apologising to fans and promising to do better in the future.

Kamiya also addressed claims of failing mental health.

Meanwhile, Platinum released an official statement itself, saying “we are very disappointed things ended up this way, especially since we know many of our fans were looking forward to this game as much as we were.”

Platinum’s next title, NieR Automata, heads to PS4 on 10 March.
