Activision today confirmed that Kevin Smith, director of Mallrats, Chasing Amy and many more TV and film properties, will feature in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare‘s next piece of DLC, “Sabotage”.
Smith will join Ike Barinholtz, Seth Green, Jay Pharoah and Sasheer Zamata as part of “Rave in the Redwoods”, a new co-op survival experience set within the game’s zombie mode.
“I told my buddy Jason (Mewes) I was going to be in Call of Duty and he wept tears of joy,” Smith said. “I used to play Pitfall just because I wanted to be that thin little man jumping over crocodiles, something I could never be in the real world, so ever since I was a little kid I always dreamed of being in a video game.”
“Sabotage” will include four new maps — Dominion, Renaissance, Noir and Neon — and is priced at $15 USD. The content heads to PS4 first on 31 January.
