Bethesda has taken to the Fallout franchise Twitter account to advise that Fallout 4 mods on PS4 are still “under evaluation”.
We’re working w/ Sony on Fallout 4 Mod support for PS4. The process is still under evaluation. As soon as we learn more, we will share news.

Bethesda advised back in June that mods were suspended indefinitely on the PS4. A later update detailed the three major issues holding mods back.
Mods are currently available on Windows PC and Xbox One.
