Street Fighter V Producer Yoshinori Ono has taken to Twitter to apologise for server issues plaguing the newly released title.
The apology offers a way to see if things are getting better, as you can see below:

We are aware that users are experiencing issues logging into the game and uploading match results, and are currently working on a solution.
