Elite: Dangerous’ standalone PvP mode available now

Elite: Dangerous now offers a standalone PvP mode called Elite: Dangerous Arena on Windows PC.

The standalone game, priced at $7.49 USD, doesn’t require the purchase or download of Elite: Dangerous itself. The mini-game centres around the title’s Close Quarter Combat (CQC) mode.

If playing Arena jazzes you up for the rest of Elite: Dangerous, those who buy the bite-sized title can get a $7.49 USD price reduction from the proper game, priced at $59.99 USD.

Elite: Dangerous Arena features four ships, four arenas and three PvP game types.
