Konami confirms, details PES 2016 Free-to-Play

Konami today confirmed and detailed PES 2016 Free-to-Play, a title classified by the Australian Classification Board earlier in the week.

From 8 December, the free-to-play, cut down version of PES 2016 will be available to sports fans on PS3, PS4 and Windows PC.

The game will feature an Exhibition mode with a choice of seven teams, including Bayern Munich, Juventus, AS Roma, Brazil and France. A full Training section and MyClub will also be offered.

Update: After sending through a press release for an embargo time at 12.01 am AEDT last night, we’ve been contacted by a Konami representative, who has added, “Some of you have seen some information online about the PES Free to Play which may be coming.

“An official announcement was prepared but there are possible updates to this news and therefore please stay tuned for the latest information of PES Free to Play.”

We’ll keep you informed as to what that update entails. In the meantime, the information above has come directly from the initial press release.
