Gold Mario amiibo restock may not be store exclusive in the USA

The sought after Gold Mario amiibo that launched with Mario Party 10 may be returning to store shelves, and not just to original exclusive retailer WalMart.

Dualshockers has tracked down various marketing materials that both list the Gold Mario amiibo and no longer proclaim it as exclusive, as well as announcing the return of other rare amiibo including Meta Knight and Ness.

Nothing is confirmed yet; this is all speculation based on advertising materials but it is rather unlikely stores would be advertising Gold Mario without being able to deliver. Just so long as we don’t see a re-release of the best amiibo, I’m hoping my mint in box Wii Fit Trainer will one day put my kids through college.
