Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas was ported to Xbox 360 last year and released on PS3 as a PS2 classic, however after it was removed from the PlayStation Store it was rumoured that an HD port would be released.
Last month the PS3 release was rated by the ESRB, as noted by Wario64 on Twitter.

Listings for physical copies of the port appeared on both Amazon and GameStop with a digital listing also appearing on Amazon. Now Exophase has discovered PSN Trophies on the PlayStation Network which match the Xbox 360 Achievements.
The HD port on 360 featured changes including checkpointing, improved visuals, updated controls and some cosmetic changes to locations in-game. GameStop lists the title as coming on 1 December, however is has not been mentioned by Sony.
