The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’s expansion “Hearts of Stone” will launch in October.

“Hearts of Stone” is the first expansion to be released as part of the title’s expansion pass and should add around 10 hours of gameplay. according to CD Projekt Red.

“Step once again into the shoes of Geralt of Rivia, a professional monster slayer, now hired to defeat a ruthless bandit captain, Olgierd von Everec, a man who possesses the power of immortality,” CD Projekt Red said, describing the expansion.

“The expansion lets you choose your own path through an experience that includes recruiting a crew of break-in artists, spending a night partying with a ghost and outsmarting the most bizarre creatures Geralt has ever faced,” CD Projekt Red continued.

The expansion pass costs $35.40 AUD on Xbox One and $35.95 AUD on PS4. “Hearts of Stone” will be $9.99 USD sold separately (local pricing TBC). with a special retail edition costing $34.95 AUD. The retail edition includes a download code for “Hearts of Stone”, Gwent Guide, Monsters Gwent Deck, Scoia’tael Deck, Gwent Tokens and a Collector’s Box. PC Players can pre-order the expansion from GOG.com and get a 15% discount, dropping the price to $8.49 USD.
