Developer Team Dakota yesterday announced that Project Spark will go free-to-play.
As such, paid services will wound down; those who’ve purchased Project Spark at retail and activated the game after 28 July will receive Microsoft Store credit, as will those with unused tokens in their account.
Moreover, Microsoft will also wind down DLC, instead leaning on the community to produce new content. The biggest casualty of this change is the remaining “Conker’s Big Reunion” content still unreleased.
