Halo, Destiny composer O’Donnell wins big against Bungie, Activision

Halo and Destiny composer Marty O’Donnell has walked away with a fair chunk of change from Bungie and Activision Blizzard after a court-appointed arbitrator ruled in his favour.

The arbitrator ruled that O’Donnell was entitled to $95,000 USD in unpaid wages and $142,000 USD in profit sharing as a result of what’s been deemed an unfair dismissal. O’Donnell also is entitled to the shares which were forcibly stripped from him at the time of his termination from Bungie in 2014.
