League of Legends’ 2015 Oceanic Pro League Grand Final: All you need to know ahead of Sydney tomorrow

Tomorrow, 8 August, the Chiefs will take on Legacy in the 2015 Oceanic Pro League Final. More than just prize money is on the line though, with the winner of Saturday’s game facing some of the world’s top teams as they represent Oceania at the International Wildcard Qualifier in Turkey.

The Chiefs are hot favorites headed into the final after a dominant Split 2. After securing victory in Split 1, the Chiefs represented Oceania at the wildcard event for the Mid Season Invitational. Upon returning the Chiefs managed an unbeaten run through Split 2 to finish the season 14-0.

Legacy will be looking to end that run with a repeat of last years Winter Finals where they ended the Chiefs long held dominance in the region. Legacy managed a strong Split 2 with a 10-4 finish, despite some shaky games.

You can catch all the games live from 5.00 pm AEST, Saturday 8 August right here on Stevivor (a link will go up around 4.30 pm, so keep an eye out for announcement on Facebook or Twitter) or live from Luna Park. Even if you missed out on tickets you can still watch the action live from one of the three big screens located around the park. There’s also a whole bunch of other activities such as games and panels to catch too so make sure you head along and check it out.
