Xbox announced today that Forza Motorsport 6 has gone gold and that in two short weeks those who’ve pre-ordered the ultimate edition will have a five day head start on the rest of us plebs.
The full game will become available to everyone on 15 September, but if you simply can’t wait that long then rest easy because a demo is coming to Xbox One on 1 September.
The free demo will include a selection of vehicles from the 460 included in the full game and will also give players a taste of the 26 locations from the title as well as wet weather and night racing. All of the vehicles included in the demo will feature cockpit mode and full damage modelling.
Everyone who plays the demo and subsequently purchases the full game will receive the new Ford GT in their in-game garage as a thank you. In addition to the announcement of the demo, 10 new cars were also announced and include;
