EA: It doesn’t matter if EA Access is on PS4 because it’s on Xbox One

EA’s subscription platform on Xbox One — EA Access — has proved popular with Xbox players and EA’s executives alike. But whether the service will appear on Sony’s PlayStation 4 is not something EA is concerned with right now.

Gamespot asked whether EA wanted to see EA Access on PS4 to which COO Peter Moore replied, “Doesn’t matter. It’s on Xbox One, and those customers love it. We have analytics on everything these days, and subscriber satisfaction rates are through the roof.”

EA Access launched for Xbox One 11 August 2014 and was noticeably absent from the PS4. Sony later said that the service didn’t represent “the kind of value PlayStation customers have come to expect.” When Gamespot pressed the issue Moore stated that he had no further comments as Sony had already spoken on this issue.

Would you like to see EA Access on PS4? Do you use it on Xbox One?
