What is a Guitar Hero without their powers?

Guitar Hero Live is doing a lot to change up the old rhythm franchise; a new guitar, a live performance FMV look and now they’ve morphed Star Power into Hero Powers.

While their core function remains unchanged, increasing your score in single player or messing with your opponent in multiplayer, you can now customise the Hero Powers your character uses in game, offering a variety of effects such as clearing the note highway, score doubling and a safety net that stops missed notes from breaking your multiplier streak.

Guitar Hero Live arrives 20 October for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, PS3 and Wii U.
