Doom will be getting an alpha test in the near future

Bethesda has announced that there will be a limited Alpha test for Doom held in the near future. Participants will be randomly drawn from those who qualify for Doom beta access, that is those who pre-ordered Wolfenstein: The New Order.

This won’t be the first group to try Doom multiplayer, it is available on the show floor at Quakecon, where the alpha news was also announced. Doom is scheduled for release in the first half of 2016 for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
