Despite demand Bethesda can’t make any more Pip-Boys

Bethesda VP of Marketing Pete Hines has talked to Gamespot about the Fallout 4 Collector’s Edition and just how difficult it has been to meet demand for the physical Pip-Boy model.

Hines says that Bethesda has pushed the capacity for production to its limits, with their suppliers physically unable to produce any more Pip-Boys meaning the sold out limited edition will remain that way. Not that Hines didn’t try to further increase production, but despite making more Pip-Boys than any other previous Bethesda collector’s edition it still won’t be enough to sate demand.

If you got your hands on a Pip-Boy edition of Fallout 4, well done, it looks like there won’t be any more made. Fallout 4 arrives 10 November for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
