Street Fighter V’s beta kicks off 24 July exclusively for PS4 players and we’ve got all the details direct from Capcom.
The beta will run from 11 am 24 July for 5 days and will give players the opportunity to play with all 6 revealed characters. Birdie and Cammy will not be available immediately, but will instead be playable from 25 July. You’ll just have to make do with Ryu, Chun-Li, M. Bison and Nash.
There will be no local versus play during the beta as Capcom is testing the online functionality to ensure all goes well at launch. Three stage will be available; Bustling Side Street (China), Terminal Station (London) and Forgotten Waterfall.
Finally, PS3 fight stick controllers will not work with the beta. Those interested in participating in the beta should sign up at the official website. Those selected will be emailed a code for redemption.
Street Fighter V will be available for PC and PS4 in March 2016.
