Game Informer magazine got the scoop on the stars of Halo 5: Guardians… and there are a lot of them.
The game will star Master Chief — of course — but also features flashbacks with his former Blue Team Spartan squad, made up of Spartan IIs Fred, Linda and Kelly.
The three other members of Blue Team have featured in a variety of Halo novels. All together, the four Spartans will make up the four slots available in the game’s campaign in co-op, and each character will come with a unique loadout.
Moreover, the game also stars Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) agent Jameson Locke, star of the Halo: Nightfall mini-series, and fan-favourite ODST Edward Buck, a carry-over from Halo 3: ODST… and, of course, voiced by Firefly star Nathan Fillion.
We’ll have more on Halo 5: Guardians at E3 next week.
