Unless somebody is puffing up their resume, Watch Dogs 2 is in development

You would think big studios have educated their staff on what not to put on LinkedIn by now, lest they let slip the existence of unannounced games.

Watch Dogs 2 is the latest game to get the ‘confirmation by LinkedIn’ treatment, as Videogamer.com found Senior Gameplay Programmer Julien Risse has posted the game on his profile.

This isn’t groundbreaking news, you aren’t really stretching when you float sequels to Ubisoft games and there is a good chance we hear about this at E3.

For Risse’s part, he has removed the game from his profile and probably had a stern talking to at the office. The real news will be what Ubisoft is doing to Watch Dogs to make it a more engaging experience, and a LinkedIn profile is unlikely to reveal that.
