Splatoon Global Testfire shoots blanks over the weekend

Over the weekend, the latest Splatoon Global Testfire became more of a misfire, with many users unable to connect to games.

Nintendo stated on their online status page that “Due to a high amount of online traffic, network services may be intermittently unavailable,” during the timed demo event.

In the end, network issues were cleared up and the Testfire was extended by an hour to give those connected a chance to play.

Did you try out the Testfire this weekend? How’d you go?

Splatoon invades the Wii U from 30 May.
