Aussie-made sci-fi flick INFINI gets a digital release this week, stars MacPherson, Hemsworth

Australian sci-fi flick INFINI, starring Daniel MacPherson and Luke Hemsworth and directed by Shane Abbess (Gabriel), gets a digital release in this country this week to coincide with its US debut.

Filmed and produced in NSW, the very Alien-inspired movie also stars Grace Huang, Kevin Copeland, Dwaine Stevenson, Harry Pavlidis, Louisa Mignone, Tess Haubrich, Bren Foster and Luke Ford.

“Set in the dark reaches of space, INFINI is the story of an elite search and rescue team transported to a distant mining station to save Whit Carmichael (Daniel MacPherson) who is the lone survivor of a freak accident,” Storm Vision Entertainment days of the film.

“Using Slipstream technology the team must transport into a hostile environment and quarantine a lethal biological weapon, which is set to arrive on Earth within the hour.

INFINI will be available on iTunes and other digital platforms from 8 May.

A special Q&A screening will also be held on 7 May at the Randwick Ritz in Randwick, NSW. For more information, head here.
