Mario Maker heads to Wii U in September

As part of today’s Nintendo Direct, it was announced that Mario Maker will be released worldwide in September.

The release is timed for Super Mario Bros. 30th anniversary.

The game will offer the ability to create stages using the 2.5D style of New Super Mario and the retro stylings of both NES and SNES Mario games.
