The latest in Arekkz Gaming‘s video series on Ubisoft’s upcoming squad-based, MMO(ish) shooter The Division introduces players to the all-important factional nature of the world, post apocalypse.
Factions in The Division need to meet a rigorous set of criteria before the development team will even consider including them. This includes things like; could they plausibly exist, so they fit within the world of The Division, do they fit the gameplay scenarios and so on. The Cleaners are a group that are in opposition of the Strategic Homeland Division –the titular Division — so they will be out to make sure the player has a bad day.
The Division still doesn’t have a release date, although we know it will be available for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. We’ll likely learn more as the year progresses and especially at E3.
