UnoTelly: Netflix Australia and New Zealand will only offer around 1,600 titles at launch

UnoTelly, a legal geoblocking bypass service, has estimated that Netflix Australia and New Zealand will be able to stream around 1,600 titles at launch.

The service also estimates that 200,000 Australians are already using geoblocking bypass services like UnoTelly or Unblock-Us to access Netflix’s full catalogue of over 15,200 titles.

As you can see above, the US library has the most accessible titles at around 7,500, with Canada and the UK averaging around 2,500 titles.

Access to Netflix’s full library is achieved by switching bypass settings to use Netflix Canada, or Netflix Netherlands to connect to the desired content. Bypass regions can be changed at any time. We’ve covered connecting to Netflix via Unblock-Us here.

Netflix Australia and New Zealand is set to launch in just four days, on 24 March. Pricing and content information has yet to be divulged.
