Hideo Kojima video show postponed as Konami/Kojima split grows

Polygon is reporting that the next episode of Hideo Kojima’s video show has been postponed, the latest move in a series that look to remove Kojima from all aspects of Konami and the Metal Gear series.

Konami for their part reiterated that Kojima and his team is still in charge of Metal Gear Solid V development, but something is clearly off about the whole situation. With a September release for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain it is believable that Kojima’s active role in the games development has ceased, and it is only a matter of time before the truth of the situation comes out.

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain arrives 1 September for Xbox One and PS4 and 15 September for PC.
