Users say WWE 2K15’s 2.03 patch on PS4 breaks the game

Users have taken to the internet to report that WWE 2K15‘s 2.03 patch on PS4 breaks the game.

A number of users have taken to Attack of the Fanboy‘s report of the patch’s availability to outline the problem, though we were unable to find a thread about the issue on 2K Support.

On the thread, one user is pretty blunt about what’s happening: “Stop. Do not download this patch for PS4,” user Chainsforalice writes. “It completely bricks the game, you won’t even be able to get to the main menu.”

“Stuck on the opening screen with John Cena.. ‘press any button’ doesn’t even come up,” adds another user.

We’ve asked 2K here in Australia if they’re aware of the issue.

Have you encountered any issues with the game starting up after patch?

Thanks, Aaron.

Update: Users are reporting back that the issue seems resolved, and may even have had to do with the PlayStation Network’s own problems yesterday.
