Microsoft launches the “Report a problem” page in the Xbox One Preview Program Dashboard

Microsoft today sent out an email to members of the Xbox One Preview Program advising of a new way to report issues.

The email follows a week of Preview Program users complaining of an update failure loop.

“We’re rolling out an update to the Preview Dashboard’s Report a problem page. These changes will make it easier for you to let us know about problems you’re having with the Public Preview updates on your Xbox One. When you report a problem, you’re helping us make Xbox One better because you give our development teams valuable insight into what’s going wrong,” wrote Bradley Rossetti and Emily Hanson, Program Managers of the Xbox One Preview Program. “When you run into a problem, you’ll be able to see if it’s already been reported by other Preview members – if it has, you can just +1 it to let us know that you just encountered that problem too. And if you don’t see your problem in the list, report a new one and let us know which game, app, or Xbox One feature you were using when something went wrong.”

To access the page, users can press and hold the Xbox button on their controllers, then selecting “Report a problem”.
