Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance 2 hinted during Sony presentation, denied by Senior Producer

As you would expect, Sony produced a trailer for the 2015 Taipei Games Show showing their upcoming games. What you may not expect is that it would be where a new Metal Gear game would be teased, but it looks like that is the case. This thread on NeoGAF shows a still from the sizzle reel featuring the number two, in the distinct font of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. In context this was the number two in a countdown, but what do you think is more likely, a subtle hint at an upcoming project or a Playstation video intern using this as a random font choice?

Konami Senior Producer Ken-ichiro Imaizumi has taken to Twitter to deny the games existence, but there is plenty for investigative types to work with. Platinum Games recently finished off the excellent Bayonetta 2, possibly leaving a team free to work on Revengeance 2. With the upcoming Scalebound an Xbox One exclusive, Platinum are making a habit of exclusive releases for each console, Revengeance 2 would be a good get for Sony, the traditional Metal Gear platform. I’m having a hard time figuring out what this could be teasing other than Metal Gear Rising 2, despite the rather official denials.
