A modder on NexusMods has made the PC version of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes playable in first-person.
Available to download from the NexusMods site (complete with instructions) the mod is free, but does contain some known bugs and quirks. These include items disappearing, Snake becoming semi-transparent and some wonky pistol animation.
