Here’s what PlayStation and Xbox are presenting at GDC 2015

The full schedule for GDC is online, and with it comes news of sessions run by both Sony and Microsoft.

Microsoft is hosting a session titled “The Future of Gaming Across the Microsoft Ecosystem: Creating Games Across Devices”, where Xbox head Phil Spencer will “discuss easy ways developers can create unique games experiences for Xbox One and Windows 10 and what the future holds for creators making innovative game content for the Microsoft ecosystem.”

DirectX 12 will also be in the spotlight thanks to a session run by AMD called “Get AMD’s perspective on wringing performance out of DirectX 12”.

Meanwhile, Sony will be offering up a session titled “How to get the most out of select PlayStation 4 features”. In it, Sony’s Jon Webb and Zev Solomon will “run down some of PS4’s powerful social and community features and how you can build your games to take advantage of these features to provide new and unique user experiences.”

GDC 2015 runs over 2-6 March in San Francisco, USA.
