Dragon Age: Inquisition has become developer BioWare’s most successful launch ever according to publisher EA.
During its Q3 2015 earnings call, CFO Blake Jorgensen revealed that “[i]n particular, Dragon Age: Inquisition had by far the most successful launch in BioWare’s history, exceeding our expectations. In addition, game sales for last-generation consoles were also much stronger than we had anticipated”
No sales data was revealed, however it was noted that over 113 million hours of the game’s campaign had been played since launch. EA also revealed to GameSpot that “most successful” referred to number of units sold.
Dragon Age: Inquisition is available for PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
