Grand Theft Auto V players on Xbox 360 and PS3 and return to the game on PS4, Xbox One or Windows PC will be treated to exclusive weapons, missions, vehicles and photo filters, Rockstar today confirmed.
The content is exclusive and will only be available to those who upgrade their last-gen saves to the current-gen game.
