Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number has been delayed according to the official Twitter account of the game.
Originally expected as a Q3 release in 2014, a time frame of late 2014 or early 2015 was given for the new release date. The reason given for the delay is “final tweaks and polish” and doesn’t sound too serious.

Hotline Miami 2 will be coming to PS4, PS3, Vita, and any platform that Steam runs on.
