Destiny’s release date is rapidly approaching and in order to get fans even more hyped, Bungie has released a new video and website.
The video details the website — Destiny Planet View — which has been created using Google Tech. The website allows fans to explore the Moon, Venus and Mars as they appear in Destiny and as if they had been mapped via Google Maps and Street View. It’s really quite nifty.
While the maps don’t allow for 100% exploration of the planets there’s enough to see and do to make the whole experience worthwhile. Planet View also features lore, hints and tips and even some hidden Easter eggs for the eagle eyed.
Destiny will be available for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on 9 September.
