Samurai Warriors 4 announced for PlayStation platforms; debuts at E3 2014

Tecmo Koei has officially announced Samurai Warriors 4 for PS3, PS4 and PS Vita today with an Australian release date 23 October.   New to the series in Samurai Warriors 4 is the ability to switch between two characters in real-time, giving the player a more strategic way to play. New addition “Chronicle Mode” lets players create a character then complete quests and tackle the story. The game also features Cross Save functionality and online co-op across all three PlayStation platforms. Samurai Warriors 4 will be available for PS3, PS4 and PS Vita 23 October 2014 and will debut at E3 where we will bring you the latest.
