Free-to-play Ace Combat Infinity available now for PlayStation 3

Bandai Namco Games has today announced that free-to-play Ace Combat Infinity is now available for PS3 in Australia and Europe.

Ace Combat Infinity is the first free-to-play title released in the franchise and is a hybrid arcade/flight sim that allows players to battle it out in the skies in a variety of game modes. Online co-op sees eight players squaring off in two teams while a traditional single player campaign awaits those who prefer to go it alone.

The game will be supported post launch by in-game events, campaigns and gifts such as the “Special Challenge” which will reward those who complete it with an ADFX-01 Block 1 Morgan, the prototype aircraft from Ace Combat Zero. Other in-game events and gifts include free fuel for inviting friends to play, unique skins, emblems and nicknames for in-game pilots and more.

Ace Combat Infinity is available now on the PlayStation Store for PlayStation 3.
