In a financial call made today, Ubisoft confirmed that Assassin’s Creed: Unity would be released on current-gen consoles and PC this Spring.
A slide from the financial call — seen below — reveals that Unity is in development across 10 studios: Montreal, Toronto, Singapore, Quebec, Annecy, Shanghai, Chengdu, Kiev, Montpellier and Bucharest.
Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot told investors that Unity was just one Assassin’s Creed title releasing this Spring, with the other assumed to be the rumoured Assassin’s Creed: Comet. Comet is rumoured to be in development for last-gen consoles and will see players step into the shoes of a Templar.
Guillemot did not confirm the title of the second game launching this year, but confirmed it would launch in Spring for PS3 and Xbox 360.
